Equifax Failed to Protect Their Customers

When you own a company, you have a responsibility to the consumers and businesses that employ your services or products. When you are a $17 billion dollar company (Equifax) I can not see how we can forgive companies like this for forcing their consumers into arbitration through lengthily customer contracts and terms of service. To then be able to wave that in front of the customer like a magic get out of jail free card when you get hacked and put all of your customers at great risk.

This is especially underhanded when consumers go to check if they were affected and you insert that clause to block them from suing you. Sadly a lot of business go this route and it should be unconstitutional and illegal.
