Keylogger Found in HP Audio Driver

HP shrugs it off as unintentional and blamed forgetful developers. A file that records all of your keystrokes is overwritten every time the computer reboots which is why this is such a big deal.

All a targeted virus or person needs to do is get that plain text log file (C:\Users\Public\MicTray.log) before your next reboot. Imagine everything you have typed on your keyboard…. passwords, credit card info, banking info, personal communications and more.
