Yesterday, I gave my official resignation to my full-time employer and will begin working full-time for HTDNET starting on May, 20th. This will greatly improve my responsiveness and availability to all of my clients and important business tasks that have desperately been pulling at my side demanding more attention and support.
HTDNET has experienced some remarkable growth recently beyond even my own expectations. It is thanks to the many dedicated and patient customers like yourself that has made this lifelong goal finally possible. I really cannot thank you all enough for your understanding and sticking with me while the inevitable transition started to unfold earlier this year. I know for some of you, this transition has been a bit of a rollercoaster causing some undue delays in servicing ticket requests. As many more of you know, these delays are very uncommon for HTDNET. Please understand I take the responsibility for these delays very seriously, enough that it has finally forced my hand.
As I complete this transition over the next two weeks I ask for your continued support and understanding, and business referals… 🙂 I am immediately going to triage any open ticket requests as some of you have some very important deadlines that we absolutely need to meet and these requests cannot wait any further. Looking forward to providing even better service than the great service you all have grown to love over our many years working together.
