Please stop calling "Support Numbers" you find on the Internet and allowing a random person in the world full access to remote into your computer. They will tell you your computer is infected and attempt to charge you $300-500 per year for remote diagnostic support which they are NOT providing. You have been warned but customers continue to report this happening to them at least 2-4 times per month. Once you give them access it is potentially too late and you should take the same precautions as you would with identity theft.
