Reporting Fraud Calls to the FCC

You can report fraud calls to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) by:

  • Visiting consumercomplaints.fcc.gov and selecting the phone form for unwanted calls
  • Calling 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322)
  • Mailing a complaint to the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, Consumer Inquiries and Complaints Division, 45 L Street NE, Washington, DC 20554
  • Emailing hotline@fcc.gov
  • Faxing a complaint to 202-418-2811
