What does web design cost?
Web design and maintenance can vary depending on the complexity and features you require. Web design is billed at an hourly rate. A fully designed website start around $1,500 and go up based on how much manual coding, graphic work, pages, features, etc are involved. In order to keep your project on track and on budget we follow the same processes.

Choose Your Estimate Type
We strive to give our clients the most accurate quotes possible and our dedicated designers spend their time developing a strategic game plan to develop your website to boost your online presence with mobile friendliness, powerful tools and features, and budget in mind. We offer two estimate options the Custom Basic and Custom Preview estimate packages.
*When you decide to move forward with your project within 30 days your estimate fee will be applied to your project’s deposit amount.

Schedule: Your designer will contact you to set up your consultation to discuss your project in more detail this meeting will last approximately 30-45 mins and request that you complete the Web Design Questionnaire prior to your initial meeting allows both you and your designer get the most out of your consultation.

At your schedule appointment time you and your designer will join the call via phone or computer into the Conference line (Information will be provided when call is scheduled). He/she will go over your questionnaire, discuss your additional needs and feature requirements and answer any questions you may have. If you have not done so already, please let your designer know which estimate type you would like. If you chose the Custom Preview Estimate you will receive an invoice for your estimate fee upon completion of your consultation.
Accepting Your Estimate
Once you have accepted our quote we will generate an invoice for the project a 50% deposit will be due to start. Any applicable estimate credits will be applied to your invoice at this time.
Design & Launch Process
Once you have accepted your quote, paid the deposit and submitted your content to your designer he/she will set up the back end of your website starting with the template. Once your website has been designed and content added your designer will do an initial round of testing to ensure that everything is working properly.
Your designer will then contact you our ticketing system with a special link to preview your website. He/she will also let you know how many development hours have been used (and if applicable, how many are remaining per your quote).
We recommend taking a couple of days “poking around” on the new website before approving to launch. If you require any revisions or changes please let your designer know. Your designer will complete the necessary revisions and resubmit for your approval.
Once approved to launch, we conduct another round of testing and launch your new or resigned website.

Once your ticket has been generated it will be added to your assigned designer’s ticket que. Your designer may contact by phone or email if he/she has questions about your request. Once your updates have been made your designer will contact you to let you know the request is complete upon your approval. Upon approval we will close your ticket you will be billed the regular hourly web design rate unless you are a member of our Web Maintenance Program.
