Test Your Connection (new free tool). Check your real internet speed, latency, and jitter right in your browser, no app and no signup. It also estimates how many HD VoIP calls your connection can comfortably handle and lets you simulate a load of up to 20 calls.
A little personality. Let any page sit idle and a clean screensaver takes over, a bouncing HTDNET logo with a rotating mix of quick tips, tech facts, and notes on what we do.
Scripts Archive (new free tools). A library of ready-to-run scripts and small tools you can download and run on your own PC, including a one-click Google Drive installer, a OneDrive remover, and an easy app installer that sets up common software for you. Each one shows exactly what it does and asks you to accept the terms before it runs.
Resources & Tools menu. A slide-out tab on the left edge of every page with quick links to the Security Center, Test Your Connection, the Scripts Archive, the Employee Action Form, and our other tools and references.

A brand-new website. We rebuilt htd.net from the ground up: faster, cleaner, mobile friendly, and easier to get around.
Security Resource Center (our favorite free addition). Learn to recognize and prevent threats before anything happens, and if you are ever hit, follow a clear step-by-step reporting tool you can complete online or print and keep on file.
Employee Action Form. One form to onboard a new hire, request a change for an existing employee, or offboard a departing employee. We will keep adapting it so nothing gets missed.
My Account page. Quick links to your portals and billing for VoIP, Hosting, and other account services.
Referral Program. Know a business that could use us? Refer them and earn a reward. Register yourself or the company you work for.
Windows Command Reference. A free, quick lookup for common Windows commands, with one-click access for most actions.
